Equipment Information: MEA1-128 128-Channel Array Eddy Current Detector | Probe Information: YT-CR054-HR,100KHz-800KHz |
Conclusion: In this eddy current reference block inspection of bars, the self-developed MEA series portable array eddy current detector (Model: MEA-128, 128 channels) from Yuntai Zhixin was adopted, equipped with YT-CR054-HR ultra-flexible array probe. The frequency range is 100kHz-800kHz. Actual inspection shows that the test results are completely consistent with the real defect conditions of the reference block, which fully verifies the applicability and accuracy of the adopted equipment, probe and parameter settings in this inspection.
